I’m Eric Kunau, a freelance producer based in Los Angeles, with over a decade of experience in video production, broadcast, and live-action storytelling.
Since 2011, I’ve worked across nearly every corner of the commercial production landscape—from boots-on-the-ground line producing to agency-side broadcast leadership. After several years in live-action, I joined Deutsch LA as a producer, helping bring major campaigns to life for national brands. Today, I work independently with production companies and ad agencies in both Los Angeles and New York, leading projects from pitch through post with a calm, collaborative, and highly organized approach.
Outside of production, I’m a modernist architecture enthusiast and an active participant in Palm Springs’ Modernism Week. I’m also an FAA-certified drone pilot and a travel photographer with a love for capturing stories from places like New Zealand, Peru, Southeast Asia, and Hawaii.
